Creative Marketing Specialist

New Southgate, London (5days in office)

£35,000-£40,000

We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Creative Marketing Specialist to join a growing, fast-paced team. If you enjoy turning ideas into eye-catching visuals, thrive on variety, and want to be part of something with real momentum—this could be your next move.

In this role, you’ll be a key player in bringing the brand to life across both digital and in-store experiences. It’s hands-on, idea-led, and perfect for someone ready to make their mark in a collaborative environment.

What the role involves:

  • Designing a mix of content—from social media graphics and email visuals to in-store displays and web assets—all aligned with our brand and built for impact.
  • Supporting daily marketing activity across channels, helping campaigns run smoothly from initial idea to final rollout.
  • Getting stuck into creative brainstorms, contributing fresh ideas and helping shape content and campaign planning.
  • Working closely with internal teams to understand needs and deliver engaging, on-brand assets. Occasionally coordinating with external suppliers or creatives as needed.
  • Using insights from marketing data and campaign performance to help guide design direction and continuously improve.
  • Pitching in on wider brand activities, from events and trade shows to in-person promotions, helping shape the full customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone with experience in a similar creative role—ideally within retail, hospitality, or wholesale—who’s worked across both digital and offline platforms.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Illustrator. Bonus points if you’ve used other Adobe Creative Cloud tools or email design platforms.
  • Clear communicator—confident in both writing and speaking—able to work well with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks or deadlines at once.
  • Naturally creative and curious—someone who loves exploring ideas and turning them into polished outcomes.
  • Comfortable using social platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, and aware of how brands adapt their messaging across channels.
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative, and open to feedback—a positive team player with a growth mindset.
