Job summary

Office Angels in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multi-faceted creative campaigns. You will coordinate the Creative team, freelancers and external partners, ensuring timelines, budgets and approvals are met while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D and QA teams.

You should have agency or studio experience, strong organisation and communication skills, and familiarity with asset management systems.

Qualifications

• Agency experience within a creative/design environment is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management and asset approval systems.
• Good understanding of print and digital production processes.
• Experience managing external suppliers, freelancers and agencies.
• PM qualifications such as PRINCE2 or Agile are desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative projects from brief to final delivery.
• Coordinate workloads and resources across Creative, freelancers, agencies, and external partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, and QA teams to set priorities.
• Review briefs, develop timelines and budgets, manage risks and dependencies.
• Oversee project workflows using Wrike and Veeva, ensuring approvals.
• Improve Creative Studio processes and project controls for efficiency.
