Job summary

Office Angels in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multi-faceted creative campaigns. You will coordinate the Creative team, freelancers and external partners, ensuring timelines, budgets and approvals are met while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D and QA teams.

You should have agency or studio experience, strong organisation and communication skills, and familiarity with asset management systems.

Qualifications

• Agency experience within a creative/design environment is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management and asset approval systems.
• Good understanding of print and digital production processes.
• Experience managing external suppliers, freelancers and agencies.
• PM qualifications such as PRINCE2 or Agile are desirable but not essential.

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 depending on experience

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Managing creative projects from initial brief to final delivery.
• Coordinating workloads and resources across the Creative team, freelancers, agencies, and external partners.
• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, and QA teams to manage project priorities.
• Reviewing briefs, developing timelines and budgets, and proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Overseeing project workflows through Wrike and Veeva, ensuring compliance and necessary approvals.
• Enhancing Creative Studio processes and project controls for improved efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience working within an agency, creative team, or design studio.
• Strong skills in managing multiple creative projects and engaging with various stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and prioritisation abilities.
• Familiarity with project management and asset approval systems.
• A good understanding of print and digital creative production.
• Experience managing external suppliers, freelancers, and agencies.
• Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or Agile are desirable but not essential.
