Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation, ensuring highest standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste and presentation.
• Organize and supervise kitchen staff for smooth workflow.
• Monitor supplies and place orders to maintain stock.
• Enforce strict health and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to develop skills.
• Assist in managing food costs by minimizing waste.
• Support management in delivering the guest experience.
