Job summary

Pore Favor, a fast-growing skincare brand based in Victoria, London, is seeking a Marketing Executive (Creative & Influencer) to shape ideas for ads and manage production on shoots. You'll own the production side—from talent and crew to studios and on-set management—while supporting the Influencer Manager across the UK and US, and helping grow our creator partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in marketing, production, creative agency or brand role.
• Willingness to be in the office four days a week.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop ideas for ads and content with the Creative Strategist and own production logistics (talent, videographers, studios).
• Plan shot lists, run-of-day schedules and on-set coordination to ensure briefs are met.
• Support influencer marketing by researching creators, outreach, briefs, gifting and contracts.
