Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef, Sous Chef ready for next step, or senior culinary leader.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a culinary vision across The Vox and ICC.
• Create seasonal, innovative menus and reduce waste.
• Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and allergen management across the kitchen.
• Manage food costs, purchasing and supplier relationships.
