The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) is recruiting a Creative Ground Programme Manager to lead a new learning programme in partnership with Tate Britain, based at the Clore Garden Classroom.

You will build partnerships with schools, line-manage delivery staff, and develop learning experiences that connect gardening, nature and the arts.

This role offers opportunities to shape a nationally significant collaboration between two leading cultural organisations in central London.

Qualifications

• Experience managing education, learning or public engagement programmes within a cultural, heritage, environmental or visitor-facing setting.
• Experience working with schools and youth organisations.
• Experience collaborating with artists and cultural organisations.
