Job summary

Milk Education is partnering with welcoming primary schools across Leeds to recruit Creative Graduates as Primary Teaching Assistants. If you have studied Drama, Art, Music, or another creative subject, your skills can inspire learning in EYFS to KS2.

The role involves 1:1 and small group interventions, using creative approaches to boost communication, confidence and development, while supporting pupils with diverse needs in a safe, inclusive setting.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with their learning and development.
• Deliver engaging 1:1 and small group interventions.
• Use creative approaches to support learning, communication, and confidence.
• Help children develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
• Support pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring classroom environment.
