What You'll Do:
- PROJECT EXECUTION: Lead the end-to-end production and operational management of creative projects, ensuring successful delivery and captivating guest experiences.
- TURNING THE RENDER TO REALITY: Apply a deep understanding of design briefs and concepts to ensure the final output meets high creative standards.
- GUEST-CENTRIC EXPERIENCE: Stress test concepts, foster a passion for experience design, and deliver memorable user experiences.
- ON-SITE QUALITY: Uphold creative production excellence, act as the “go-to” contact on-site, and ensure project alignment with vision and strategy.
- TEAM COLLABORATION & DECISION MAKING: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to make informed production decisions under guidance from the Executive Creative team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Support the HPWW Executive Creative team during the prebuild, site build, and breakdown of Winter Wonderland.
- Translate creative concepts into executable attractions, supporting delivery with contractors and ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery for the event opening.
- Oversee and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including designers, contractors, set builders, and safety consultants.
- Manage multiple design project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Participate in build and breakdown teams, ensuring adherence to plans and liaising with event production teams.
- Coordinate with onsite operational teams during the event to ensure safety and smooth operations.
- Assist with the operation of attractions like the Ice Rink and Ice Bar during the event.
Working Conditions: Fixed Term Contract, London Chiswick Park. Start Date: ASAP. End Date: 31st Jan 2026. Hybrid, 9am-5pm. Extended hours required around the event period.
You Have These:
- Ability to translate conceptual ideas into physical products and effectively communicate with large project teams.
- Experience with event design techniques, software like Adobe Creative Cloud, and reviewing technical vendor drawings.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex budgets and schedules.
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-moving environment with a positive, production-focused attitude.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of art direction and creative flair.
- Experience in project management within live events, entertainment, or attractions industries.
- Proven success in managing complex creative projects from start to finish.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, quality control, and timely delivery focus.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Passion for live events and themed entertainment guest experiences.
- Deep understanding of live event structures, coordination, and management.
