Craft Agency Ltd. in Manchester is seeking a Design Director or Senior Creative to lead concept development across B2B and B2C campaigns for food, beverage and FMCG clients.

You’ll move beyond execution into shaping ideas, setting a recognisable voice, and guiding motion design and craft across multiple projects. With 8–10+ years in agency environments, you’ll mentor a small team, contribute to pitches and client presentations, and help shape the agency’s creative culture during a pivotal growth

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of agency experience in B2B & B2C campaigns.
• Experience focused on food, beverage and FMCG campaigns.
• Mentoring or line-management experience preferred.
• Hands-on with design and motion, with capability in creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualisation and craft across multiple projects for global brands.
• Mentor a small team of creatives and contribute to pitches and client presentations.
