Creative Director - Events Agency

Remote - London/Home Counties Based

£60,000 - £100,000 depending on experience

The agency

This lovely events agency works with a range of clients across various industry sectors to deliver engaging experiences in a live, hybrid or virtual format. From conferences, to incentives, gala dinners and awards ceremonies they work with each client from initial concept to execution to deliver a high quality event every time!

The role

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Creative Director to join them and help propel them to the next chapter in their growth - this is a broad role that will develop the brand, their creative offering and positioning in the market. You will also support with the creative idea around each pitch and play an integral role in strategy and their creative story telling for clients and brands for their events and experiences.

About you

We are seeking a proven background as Creative Director, Creative Lead or Head of Creative ideally within an events agency where you have led winning pitches and strategic insights. We are looking for a true story teller who can get under the skin of the brief, produce winning event concepts and lead pitches as well as brand positioning - you will also lead on creating assets for the agency and pulling together the design response to new briefs. This is a senior level role where you will work collaborative with the leadership team in this fast paced and agile agency.
