Job description

We're looking for a hands-on Creative Director who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and creative execution, someone who’s as comfortable crafting a pitch deck that closes seven-figure deals as they are shaping full-funnel brand narratives. You'll lead high-impact creative strategy across our top-tier Web3 clients and own the development of assets that don't just look good, but drive real business outcomes.

This is not a studio management or oversight role. It’s for a seasoned creative who wants to stay hands-on, strategically sharp, and commercially impactful; leading from the front with vision and execution.

Responsibilities:

Elevate and lead Flight3’s creative studio

  • Set the standard for creative excellence, introducing scalable systems, sharper strategy, and stronger storytelling across all client work.
  • You’ll help take an already ambitious studio to the next level
Lead a global, remote-first team
  • Drive high performance and creative alignment across a distributed team. You’ll give direction, unlock talent, and make distance irrelevant.
Own creative direction from pitch to production
  • Steer the work end-to-end. From shaping the idea and narrative to overseeing execution across decks, campaigns, and brand content.
Turn complex ideas into compelling creative
  • Collaborate with strategists and founders to distill technical propositions into work that’s clear, exciting, and commercially on point.
Grow client relationships through great work
  • Identify creative opportunities, shape and propose sellable ideas, and make yourself indispensable in pitch rooms and ongoing partnerships.
Create systems, not just assets
  • Build toolkits, templates, and processes that raise the floor for quality and make standout work repeatable.
Push Flight3’s owned brands forward
  • Ensure our decks, case studies, digital presence and internal assets reflect the level of craft and clarity we deliver to clients.
Be a hands-on creative leader
  • Set the bar by doing. Mentor the team through example and take the lead on high-stakes projects that need your touch.
Requirements:
  • Based in UK (able to commute to London)
  • Portfolio demonstrating outstanding creative direction across digital and traditional channels
  • Proven expertise in either art direction or copywriting - ideally both
  • 7+ years agency experience leading creative projects from pitch to delivery
  • Strong creative industry connections and network
  • Experience leading multi-channel campaigns with varied creative needs
  • Strong grasp of both digital-first and traditional media execution
  • Deep understanding of what makes campaigns work across channels
  • Natural ability to extract creative opportunities from complex briefs
  • Talent for making technical concepts accessible and compelling
  • Hands-on approach to creative leadership and execution
  • Compelling communicator who thrives in pitch environments
  • Web3 experience is a nice to have, but not essential
