Back To Work is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our expanding team in the United Kingdom. You will craft engaging content for social channels, write blogs and company updates, and support email campaigns to attract candidates and clients.

You will design graphics and short videos, monitor engagement, assist with website updates, and prepare simple campaign reports. This role requires both independent work and strong teamwork in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

• Create graphics, videos and promotional materials using design software.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to enquiries where appropriate.
• Support website updates and content management activities.
• Analyse campaign performance and produce basic reports.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
