We're excited to be partnering with a leading UK music company to find a Graphic/Creative Designer who can bring bold visual thinking to artist campaigns and creative projects. From artwork and merch to digital content and motion assets, this is a highly varied role where no two projects look the same.

You’ll take ownership of design execution across a wide range of genres, with particular focus on artists in the electronic, alternative and dance spaces. There’s room to shape and evolve this role, with long-term growth potential into a more senior creative position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visual assets across artist releases and campaigns (digital, print, motion graphics)
• Create engaging content for social platforms, streaming promos, activations, and ads
• Develop artwork for physical releases, from vinyl sleeves to deluxe packaging
• Translate creative briefs into fully formed visual campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams, as well as directly with artists and managers
• Oversee production of final deliverables for both digital and print
• Brief and liaise with freelance creatives (animators, photographers, editors) when needed
• Assist on creative production for shoots and campaign content

You’ll Need:

• 2–3+ years of experience in a design role within the music/entertainment industry
• A strong portfolio that shows versatility across print, digital and motion work
• Ability to manage your own workflow and deliver across multiple deadlines
• Strong eye for visual storytelling, layout, and contemporary design
• Comfort working independently, with a proactive and solutions-first mindset
• Confidence communicating with both internal teams and artist stakeholders
• Experience working on a range of different projects, with a range of different artists!
• A passion for music, especially in alternative, electronic or dance genres
• Skills in various digital platforms
• Video editing or content creation know-how (e.g. social clips, showreels) - advantageous
