Job summary

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, shape the organisation's visual identity, mentor designers, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality collateral and campaigns. This role blends hands-on creative work with leadership across marketing and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years design experience, ideally in professional services or corporate environments.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring creative teams.
• Outstanding portfolio with high-end print and digital design work.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with Figma and digital design best practices.
• Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of designers.
• Create high-quality marketing collateral, digital campaigns and event materials.
• Develop visual concepts that align with business objectives.
• Maintain and evolve brand standards across all output.
