Publicis Connected Media UK is seeking a culturally curious and creatively driven Executive to join our Creative & Production team. You’ll develop ideas, content and campaigns across social, digital and emerging channels while collaborating with the Senior Designer.

Qualifications

• Interest in creativity, design, social media and digital culture.
• Good written communication and copywriting skills.
• Curious about trends, platforms and content.
• Eye for design and visual storytelling.
• Basic experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and presentation design.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for social and digital projects.
• Adapt assets for different formats and audiences across channels.
• Assist in creating static and motion design assets and productions.
• Review work for brand alignment and quality in reviews.
• Contribute to social-first content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Help prepare mood boards, presentations and decks.
• Support shoots and production QA as needed.
• Explore AI tools and innovative creative workflows.
