Publicis Media is seeking an enthusiastic Executive to join our Creative & Production team in London. You will develop ideas, content and campaigns across social, digital and emerging channels, collaborating with the Senior Designer to create engaging assets.

This role suits someone early in their career with a passion for content, design, culture and social media. You’ll gain experience in content ideation, production, AI-powered innovation and platform-specific best practices while growing

Qualifications

• A strong interest in creativity, design, social media and digital culture.
• Good written communication and copywriting skills.
• Curiosity about trends, platforms and content.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of creative concepts and campaign ideas for social, digital and content-led projects.
• Assist with creation of pitch decks, presentations and treatments.
• Help adapt existing assets for different formats, audiences and channels.
• Assist Senior Designer with static and motion design assets.
• Review work for accuracy, brand alignment and platform requirements.
• Contribute ideas for social-first content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Collaborate with creatives, designers and producers to deliver assets on time.
• Learn and apply AI-powered tools to aid ideation and design.
