Job summary

TeacherActive is working with an OFSTED Outstanding nursery in Leeds to recruit an Early Years Practitioner. The role focuses on using creativity, music and arts to inspire children aged 2-5, supporting development in a stimulating, inclusive setting.

You will join a welcoming team, benefit from ongoing training and clear progression pathways, with a long-term contract and potential permanent placement offered.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or a relevant degree in arts/creative subject.
• Experience in an Early Years setting and knowledge of EYFS.
• Passion for creativity, music and child development with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 2-5 with engaging activities and creative play.
• Assist in early communication development and inclusive learning.
• Contribute to a stimulating, nurturing classroom environment.
