Job Description

Your team: The Studio teams include creative leads, art directors, project managers, video producers, picture editors, sub-editors, and sales, delivering a blend of editorial, branding, social sharing, and interactive content. Our diverse expertise allows us to craft compelling stories.

Your role: The Studio / Creative Co-ordinator supports the Heads of Creative Direction and the Director of Studio by managing internal workflows, processes, and administrative tasks. This ensures the smooth operation of the creative department, enabling the team to deliver branded content campaigns on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  1. Allocate and log resources across pitches and live projects, supporting the Creative Director (CD).
  2. Assist the CD with Smartsheet monitoring to ensure an even distribution of work.
  3. Lead in creating and distributing Studio Case Studies.
  4. Support Creative Leads (CLs) and Project Managers (PMs) with freelance talent selection, onboarding, and invoicing.
  5. Use Smartsheets to produce reports tracking conversion rates against key metrics for RFPs.
  6. Coordinate training sessions for CLs and VPs as needed.
  7. Maintain weekly liaison with CD to manage workflow.
  8. Provide additional support through category analysis, case study creation, and special projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience with production and creative/editorial workflows.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheets, Excel, and workflow management tools like Slack, Salesforce, and Google Docs.
  • Ability to deliver campaigns on deadlines and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of studio processes and workflow management.
  • Interest in branded content creation, consumption, and distribution.
