Basecamp Talent is partnering with a fast-growing Manchester-based PR and media agency to hire a Content Creator Apprentice to join their creative team.

You’ll learn to create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts, develop ideas, script content and write captions.

No formal experience required; creativity and a willingness to learn are valued as you gain hands-on experience across videography, campaigns and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
• Support development of creative ideas, scripts and content concepts.
• Write captions and adapt tone of voice for different audiences and platforms.
• Assist with filming days and content shoots.
