Job summary

Jumpstart is a London-based platform that pairs high-growth startups with top marketing talent. As a Content Creator, you'll own creative execution end-to-end, collaborating with the marketing team to turn briefs into filmed and edited assets.

You’ll shoot lo-fi video, edit in CapCut, and craft short-form content with compelling hooks and captions. Experience with Instagram/TikTok, CapCut and Adobe CC is preferred; salary ranges £30–60k with equity, DOE.

Qualifications

• Previous social media marketing experience (Instagram, TikTok).
• Experience creating content — video, photo, or graphics.
• Comfortable filming yourself and being on camera.
• Grasp of short-form storytelling: hooks, pacing, CTAs.
• 1+ year in content creation or digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Take scripts or briefs from concept to filmed footage to edited assets.
• Film short-form video, often lo-fi, sometimes on-camera.
• Self-edit quickly using CapCut or similar: hooks, pacing, captions, sound.
• Run shoot days and coordinate talent when needed.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of content that performs well.
