Job summary

Bar Staff in Camden Town seeks an experienced Bartender to lead cocktail development and guest experience. You will work closely with the Bar Manager and colleagues across departments to ensure a successful launch and smooth operation of the bar.

The role requires passion, charisma, and a proactive, team-oriented approach, with willingness to work late evenings and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Develop new cocktails in line with the Bar's concept and team.
• Be a team player with a pro-active, to-do attitude and bags of charisma.
• Maintain a flexible attitude towards working hours and tasks to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Bar Manager and work alongside all departments in launching successfully the operation.
• Develop new cocktails in line with the Bar's concept and team
• Maintain a flexible attitude towards working hours and tasks, prioritising business needs at all times
• Participate actively in the run of the Bar and floor
• The Bartender will be a very passionate individual; will have bags of charisma and will be a team player with a pro-active and to-do attitude. The role requires a flexible individual, happy to work late evenings, and experienced with the role for at least 2 years.
