Qualifications

• Backgrounds in creative, therapeutic or people-focused fields are welcomed.
• Experience with children or young people is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to transfer skills into education and SEND support.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with additional needs.
• Deliver creative interventions and engagement activities.
• Support emotional wellbeing and development of communication skills.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff.
