Job summary

Woolley Grange, part of Luxury Family Hotels, is seeking a dedicated Childcare Assistant in Wiltshire to create joyful experiences for young guests and families. You will lead age-appropriate activities, ensuring safety and delight in a warm setting.

This permanent 15-hour-per-week role includes weekend shifts and a pay rate of £12.71 per hour plus generous service charge and benefits. LFH values proactive, friendly team players who communicate well with parents.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in a childcare setting is preferred.
• Accredited childcare/play work qualification Level 2 or 3 is essential.
• Paediatric First Aid is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and creative approach to organising activities.

• Delivering an exciting activity programme for children.
• Create long lasting memories through interactive play and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming play environment and liaise with parents.
