The Carpenters Arms in Tonbridge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a friendly countryside pub kitchen. You will help develop the food offering, focusing on fresh ingredients, proper cooking, and seasonal specials in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• Existing CDP or strong Commis Chef ready to step up, with passion for fresh, quality food.
• Creative flair paired with consistency and attention to detail in a welcoming kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and actively contribute as a hands-on team member.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage GP and labour controls.
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
