Disrupt Talent in Luton is seeking a Senior Creative Business Development Manager to win complex, high-value exhibition and experiential projects. You will combine strategic selling with creative insight to shape responses and guide them to signed agreements.
The role demands a consultative approach, senior stakeholder influence, and collaboration with design, production, and project teams. Office-based, with a clear progression path and uncapped earning potential through commission.
A senior commercial role for someone who sells with ideas.
Our client is a well-established exhibition design and build company based in Luton, creating immersive stand and event experiences for brands across the UK and internationally. They are a small, close-knit team that genuinely cares about creative quality and workmanship, and they are growing.
This is about winning complex, high-value exhibition and experiential projects through proper consultation. You will get under the skin of what a client is actually trying to achieve, shape the creative response with the design team, and guide the whole thing through to a signed project.
You will lead at a strategic level, influence how clients think, and make sure what gets sold is commercially sound and genuinely deliverable. Expect to be the trusted advisor on your accounts rather than another supplier on a list.
Important: this is a service and solution sale, not a product sale. There is no catalogue and no fixed price list. Every job starts with a blank sheet and a client objective, so we are looking for people from a service, creative or consultancy background who are used to selling something that gets designed around the customer.
This is an office-based role in Luton, so you will need to be within a sensible commute.
