Job summary

Magpie Studio in London is seeking a skilled Creative Artworker to turn approved concepts into precise print, packaging and digital artwork. You’ll work with the creative and client services teams, ensuring production-ready quality across formats while maintaining brand integrity.

You’ll bring 3+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and expert use of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. The role is full-time, hybrid in Shoreditch, with development opportunities and a collaborative studio

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative artwork/production in design studio or branding agency.
• Portfolio showing craft across print and digital.
• Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; production-ready artwork.
• Strong knowledge of print/production processes including colour, proofs and finishes.
• Experience adapting digital assets across formats; high-volume deliverables.
• Excellent typography, layout and composition sense.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, beautifully crafted artwork across print, packaging and digital.
• Adapt and produce extended designs across assets, markets and channels.
• Create and adapt digital assets across formats while maintaining consistency.
• Set up documents, nets and cutter guides; prepare proofs and print-ready art.
• Support visuals with comps, mock-ups and client-ready outputs.
• Quality check throughout production to avoid errors.
• Manage time and workload across multiple projects with clear version control.
• Collaborate with designers, client services, clients and partners.
