Job summary

Newcastle United is seeking a Creative Artworker to translate concepts into production-ready assets across digital, print, retail and social channels. You will ensure assets meet brand and technical standards while maintaining original creative intent.

You will work closely with the Creative team to optimize workflows, manage templates and asset libraries, and coordinate with external suppliers to minimize risks and delays. A keen eye for detail and producing high-quality outputs are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience translating creative concepts into production-ready assets for print and digital.
• Ability to prepare accurate artwork across multiple channels while maintaining brand integrity.
• Proven track record of ensuring assets meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Experience coordinating with printers, manufacturers and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, high-quality artwork for print, digital, social and retail channels.

• Maintain design templates, style guides, asset libraries and production files.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure technical execution aligns with direction.
• Act as a technical checkpoint between the Creative team and suppliers.
• Review production specifications and identify risks or errors early.
• Support colleagues with guidance on production requirements and best practices.
• Recommend improvements to workflows, templates and file management.
• Help introduce new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
