About the Company - A leading visual communications group is looking to hire a talented Middleweight Creative Artworker to join their friendly, collaborative team. Their creative agency and artwork studio produce a variety of conceptually driven materials for clients across retail, FMCG, and entertainment sectors.

About the Role - The Creative Artworker will be responsible for executing campaigns across print and digital media, with a focus on 2D/3D POS for brands in the Health & Beauty sector. The role involves resizing, amends, and file releases for print in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have experience working with H&B brands and retailers. The position requires attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and collaboration with the account team to ensure timely delivery. The candidate should also ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are print-ready within deadlines. Knowledge of retail environments and POS innovation is essential. A positive attitude and proactive approach are required to contribute effectively to the creative team.

Skills:

• Advanced Mac software knowledge - Adobe CC
• Strong eye for detail with understanding of design and typography
• Comprehensive print and artwork process knowledge
• Minimum 2 years experience in a creative studio
• Experience with retail, POS & FMCG client work
• Experience with health & beauty brands (highly desirable)
• Experience creating 3D designs in Cinema 4D (desirable)
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere (beneficial)

Pay range and compensation package - Up to £37K + benefits

Location - Based in East Herts, with access to the London office if needed.

Work pattern - Hybrid work: 3 days in the studio, 2 remote. During probation, full-time in-studio work is required.
