The Role

Due to continued growth, they are expanding their design team with a Creative Artworker. Working within a supportive environment alongside experienced Graphic Designers, responsibilities include:

1. Managing the art direction from initial brief to delivery
2. Contributing to new ideas and designs
3. Working across large format, print, and digital projects
4. Collaborating closely with internal teams and creatives
5. Revisiting and amending artwork based on feedback
6. Ensuring work aligns with client objectives and scope

The Candidate

They seek a passionate, creative individual with a strong understanding of print, digital assets, and art direction. The ideal candidate will have experience with large format, digital, and print work, with exposure to the events/exhibition industry being highly advantageous. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design packages is essential. A solid understanding of print production processes, technical aspects of artwork preparation, and a keen eye for creativity (demonstrated in a portfolio) are required. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and be adaptable.
