About the Company - A leading visual communications group are looking to hire a talented Middleweight Creative Artworker to join their friendly, collaborative team. Their creative agency and artwork studio produces all manner of conceptually driven materials for clients across the retail, FMCG and entertainment sectors.

About the Role - The Creative Artworker will be responsible for the roll out of campaigns across print and digital. There is a heavy focus on 2D/3D POS for brands within the Health & Beauty sector. As such, candidates should demonstrate previous experience working with H&B brands and retailers. The work includes lots of resizing, amends and releasing files to print. It is fast paced/quick turnaround and will suit a good team player who can multi-task and thrive under pressure. You will deliver solutions with exceptional attention to detail, on brand and on time. Working closely with the account team to ensure that jobs are tackled without any issues in a timely manner. Also getting involved creative production to ensure that all designs and artworks adhere to relevant brand guidelines, are print ready and produced within agreed timelines. The successful candidate will need a solid knowledge of retail environments in order to design ambitious and achievable POS innovations. Displaying a positive “can do” attitude and the ability to work proactively under your own initiative. Helping to create best in class POS as an integral part of the creative team.

Skills:

• Advanced Mac software knowledge - Adobe CC
• A good eye for detail with a strong understanding of design and typography
• Comprehensive knowledge of print and artwork processes
• At least 2 years experience working in a creative studio
• Experience of working with retail, POS & FMCG client work
• Experience of working with health & beauty brand highly desirable
• Experience of creating 3D designs in Cinema 4D desirable but not essential
• Experience of Adobe After Effects and Premiere beneficial but not essential

Pay range and compensation package - Up to £37K + bens

Location - The role is based in East Herts although the agency also has an office in London which may be used by the job holder.

Work pattern - The agency work a hybrid pattern of 3 days in the studio and 2 remote. During your probation period, you will be expected to work full-time in the studio in order to settle in and get used to work processes.
