Job summary

The Really NEET Project Ltd in Rotherham is seeking a Creative Arts Tutor for maternity cover from October 2026 to July 2027. You will inspire, motivate and empower learners to overcome barriers and progress into education or training.

Deliver the Creative Arts Curriculum, plan engaging lessons, monitor progress and use data to identify gaps. Work with the Teaching, Learning and Assessment Lead to set priorities and promote inclusive teaching. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

• Experience working with young people to enable progression into education or training.
• Ability to plan engaging, accessible Creative Arts lessons that address diverse needs.

Creative Arts Tutor (Maternity Cover)

Mentored by: Teaching, Learning and Assessment Coordinator

Type of Employment: Full-time, Maternity Cover (October 2026 July 2027)

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

Days of Work: Monday Friday

Pay Level: £31,080 per annum

In this role, you won t just teach our Creative Arts Curriculum you ll change trajectories by becoming a trusted role model, advocate, and guide, helping young people develop the skills, resilience, and confidence they need to progress into education or training, employment, and independence.
