A leading education provider in Swindon is looking for a Creative Artistic Youth Worker to support students with special educational needs. The role involves using a creative arts background to engage and enhance the learning experience of SEND pupils. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and a passion for education. Start Date: September 2025
Location: Swindon
Hours: 08:30-15:30 Mon-Fri (Part-Time roles available)
Protocol Education is currently working with a variety of SEN/SEMH schools throughout Swindon, seeking candidates with a strong Creative/Arts background.
Responsibilities include:
Using your creative background in Arts, sensory, therapy, or drama, you will uniquely support SEND pupils with various needs and emotions, enhancing their daily lives and education. Your creative approach will engage students, promote confidence, and foster supportive learning and progress.
Skills and qualifications: Arts background/degree, sensory or therapy background, drama background/degree, SEND experience.

Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent employment later.
