Ashmere’s Codnor Park care home in Derbyshire is looking for an Activity Co-ordinator to bring creativity, connection and joy to residents’ days. Pay is up to £13.21 per hour, full-time with induction and DBS check, plus engagement incentives and recognition for your contributions.

You will plan and deliver a varied activity programme, tailor sessions to residents, support quieter participants, accompany residents to events, and collaborate with families and colleagues to celebrate moments.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver a varied programme of group activities and individual sessions.
• Get to know residents and tailor activities to their preferences and needs.
• Support residents who prefer quieter activities or individual companionship.
• Help residents plan and fulfil personal wishes, including meaningful experiences.
• Accompany residents to community events and celebrate occasions.
• Work with colleagues and families to encourage participation and feedback.
• Keep activity records and use feedback to develop new ideas.
