Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare Group, Olney Meadows Care Home in Olney, Buckinghamshire, seeks an Activities Coordinator to deliver a vibrant activity programme using arts, theatre, music, hospitality and events for residents.

You will design, coordinate and run daily activities to improve wellbeing, socialisation and harmony, while leading volunteers and collaborating with the Home Manager and Regional Hospitality & Lifestyle Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in organising and running engaging activities for residents.
• Ability to plan diverse programmes that promote wellbeing, socialisation and harmony.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement daily activity plans across arts, theatre, music, hospitality and events.
• Lead group activities and manage volunteers to deliver resident-centred experiences.
