Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare Group in Knutsford is seeking an Activities Coordinator to create and run a varied program of daily activities for residents, drawing on arts, theatre, music, hospitality and event hosting to promote wellbeing and social engagement.

You will work closely with the Home Manager and Regional Hospitality & Lifestyle Manager, bring creativity and empathy, and help residents enjoy a stimulating, enjoyable lifestyle while supporting colleagues and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Experience in arts/theatre/music, hospitality or event hosting.
• Ability to lead group activities and work with volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement daily activity programmes for residents to promote wellbeing and socialisation.
• Use your arts/theatre/hospitality background to plan diverse activities.
• Work with Home Manager/Regional Hospitality & Lifestyle Manager to align activities with residents' needs.
