Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Activities Assistant at one of its care homes. You will deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities so residents can enjoy a motivational and fulfilling environment.

You’ll support a wide programme of pastimes, social activities, outings and events, helping residents stay engaged with family and the local community and live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• No specific experience required; suitable for candidates from any background.
• Must have enthusiasm, creativity and ability to motivate others.
• Interest in working with residents and engaging with the community.
