Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Activities Assistant for one of our care homes. You’ll deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities to help residents enjoy a fulfilling daily life and feel part of the local community.

No prior experience required; we value creativity, empathy and a positive attitude. You’ll have opportunities to develop skills through courses and work with residents, families and colleagues to enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities for residents.
• Support social outings and events to foster community involvement.
• Encourage independence and involvement with family, friends and the local community.
• Contribute to a diverse activity programme that supports wellbeing.
