Job summary

St Philips Care Group seeks an enthusiastic Activities Co-ordinator for Highlands Care Centre in Jersey. You will plan and run a weekly activities program, engage residents with imaginative activities, and supervise sessions with sensitivity to dementia care.

You’ll work with the Care Centre Manager, with budget awareness and a flexible, people-centred approach. Full training provided; induction and shadow shifts offered; plenty of opportunities to develop qualifications while making a real

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and run a weekly program of activities for Activity Group members.
• Be innovative and enthusiastic in activity delivery and autonomy in planning/executing activities.
• Support residents to engage in activities and promote independence within the home.
