Qualifications

• Experience in account executive or related client services role.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with client relationship skills.
• Understanding of budgets, scopes, timelines and profitability.
• Collaborative and proactive in a fast-moving team environment.

Responsibilities

• Build positive day-to-day relationships with clients and respond to requests promptly.
• Support planning and delivery of multiple projects across creative, production, retail and digital touchpoints.
• Help prepare accurate briefs with objectives, deliverables, timelines and information.
• Liaise with Designers, Artworkers, Strategists, Producers and external suppliers to align workstreams.
• Maintain project schedules, action logs and status reports; flag risks and delays.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes and track actions.
• Review deliverables against briefs and specs to ensure quality for client presentation or production.
• Support estimates, purchase orders, invoicing and budget tracking.
