Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience

We work with luxury spas, wellness retreats, fitness facilities and sports teams to bring their visions to life through strategic planning, design, branding, and operational excellence.

The Role & Responsibilities:

This is a unique opportunity for a visually driven, tech-savvy designer with a strong passion for wellness, luxury design, and digital storytelling. You will work on the conceptualisation and execution of visual identities and interior layouts that speak to the sophistication and purpose of the ESP brand. From branding presentations and marketing assets to immersive 3D spatial designs, your work will directly influence our client experience and project delivery.

• Design digital layouts and 3D models for luxury spa, wellness, and fitness environments
• Create high-quality renderings and walk-through visuals using industry-standard 3D software
• Interpret client briefs and transform them into immersive, functional, and visually stunning digital spaces
• Support the design team with technical drawings, mood boards, and digital material boards
• Keep up to date with design innovations, trends in wellness interiors, and spatial aesthetics
• Develop brand identities, pitch decks, and high-impact visual content for both internal use and client-facing materials
• Create compelling design assets for digital marketing, presentations, brochures, and proposals
• Maintain and evolve the visual consistency of the ESP brand across all platforms
• Use AI tools to accelerate creative development and refine visual concepts
• Work collaboratively with the Design Manager and design team to brainstorm and deliver powerful storytelling through visuals
  
  

Ideal Candidate:

• You are deeply creative, with a strong visual eye and a flair for luxury, wellness, and high-end design
• You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• You have an intuitive understanding of space, mood, and the emotional impact of visual storytelling
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in articulating design concepts
• You are proactive, curious, and excited about pushing the boundaries of technology and design
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in a creative design role (graphic design, digital interior design, or similar)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Skilled in 3D design software such as SketchUp, V-Ray, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar
• Experience with AI-based creative tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and spatial design work
• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Valid passport (required)
• UK driver’s licence and car access (required)
