Protocol Education is recruiting creative individuals to work as 1:1 Teaching Assistants and Learning Support in Bath, Keynsham, Radstock and Midsomer Norton from September. If you have a creative background, you can use your skills to engage and support primary pupils.

No prior school experience is required; you can fit this around auditions or freelance commitments while making a meaningful impact on children's learning and confidence.

Qualifications

• No prior school experience required.
• Ability to work 1:1 with pupils.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day.
• Help children engage with learning and classroom activities.
• Encourage confidence, communication and social development.
• Support children needing emotional or academic support.
• Work closely with teachers and school staff.
• Be a positive role model and trusted adult for pupils.
• Use creativity and initiative to help children overcome barriers to learning.
