Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is recruiting Cream Production Operatives for the Cream Department at Severnside. The role drives the daily Production Plan in a temperature-controlled environment, with a Monday–Friday shift pattern and two daily blocks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a temperature controlled environment is preferred.
• Capable of working in a team and following instructions accurately.
• Flexible to adapt to changing daily production plans and priorities.
• Good listening and communication skills for clear handovers.

Responsibilities

• Follow relevant legal compliance and company policies to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the daily production plan and contribute to cost saving and waste reduction.
• Care for dairy plant and equipment, reporting issues promptly.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality system controls.
• Demonstrate commitment to health & safety and EMS practices.
• Assist in training and development to build a high performing team.
