Job summary

Flogas is hiring a Crane Vehicle Scheduler to join our I&M Scheduling team in the UK. You’ll coordinate Hiab resources, schedule installations, and liaise with engineers and customers to meet service SLAs across LPG sites.

You will work with suppliers, plan around holidays, and provide cover as needed. The role requires strong organisation, clear communication, and a flexible approach to before/after hours work to support the business.

Qualifications

• Be able to build strong working relationships with suppliers and engineers.
• Good organisational skills.
• Have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate to Flogas employees on all levels.
• Be able to communicate with customers directly, handle and champion any issues that might arise.
• Be able to work outside normal working hours, when the business requires.
• Have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers at all time.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all Hiab Resources using in-house scheduling software in line with company SLA’s.
• Managing appointment times with customer.
• Manage around Engineer & Hiab holidays and standby requirements.
• Work to assigned service level agreements.

How you’ll power our business as a Crane Vehicle Scheduler

As a Crane Vehicle Scheduler, you will report into the I&M Scheduling Manager. You will be responsible for effectively liaise with team members and other departments within Flogas relating to any installation issues. You will assist with the administration of the installation and upgrade of Bulk LPG sites and provide adhoc cover for sickness and holiday amongst the crane schedulers.
