Role: Specialty Crane Technician
- Location: Glasgow
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30
- Hours: 39 hours per week, overtime available
As a Specialty Crane Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of overhead traveling cranes, ensuring they meet all regulatory and operational standards. If you have hands-on experience and expertise in LOLER regulations, we want to hear from you!
Do you have the ability to solve problems both individually and as part of a team? Are you a qualified Electrician with a recognized technical qualification and industrial maintenance experience? Are you comfortable working at height?
We are currently looking for a Crane Technician to join our team. If you prioritize safety, then you're just the person we'd like to meet.
You will be required to conduct routine service inspections of overhead cranes and hoists, understand LOLER and PUWER, and consult with customers to record next steps, with the goal of preventing breakdowns. You will be involved in frontline maintenance, attending breakdowns, fault finding, retrofits, modernizations, and upgrades to customer cranes and hoists.
