Qualifications

• Previous bar experience in a busy, quality-driven environment.
• A natural sense of pace and confidence behind the bar.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic serves (or eagerness to learn fast).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills — happy to muck in wherever needed.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering a polished, consistent experience.
• A friendly, grounded approach that makes guests feel at ease.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to a consistently high standard, from pints to cocktails.
• Deliver confident, attentive service across the bars, engaging naturally with guests.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Support smooth stock rotation and flag low or missing items to managers.
• Follow recipes and specs accurately while moving with pace and efficiency.
• Work closely with the floor team to keep service flowing seamlessly.
• Take pride in presentation, both of drinks and of the bar itself.
