The Long Bar & Grill at Harbour Hotel Guildford is seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender on a part-time basis. You will craft handcrafted cocktails, deliver outstanding guest service and bring strong mixology knowledge to the bar.

You will work evenings, weekends and holidays as required, with opportunities for progression, on-the-job training, staff discounts and meals on duty. You will collaborate with the bar team, manage stock, and ensure health and safety standards while staying up-to-date

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of professional bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines and cocktails.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails using knowledge of spirits and mixology techniques.
• Collaborate with bar team to develop signature drinks and seasonal offerings.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages according to recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests, offer recommendations and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and monitor inventory while ensuring health & safety compliance.
• Upsell premium spirits and cocktails to maximise revenue.
