Job summary

New Park Manor, part of the Luxury Family Hotels, is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team in the New Forest. You will craft classic and contemporary cocktails and provide attentive service to guests, helping upsell menu items and deliver memorable beverage experiences.

This permanent, 40-hour-per-week role offers £13.66 per hour plus a generous service charge and a comprehensive benefits package, including training, additional birthday holiday, EarlyPay, and staff discounts

Qualifications

Previous experience of Bartending
Extensive knowledge of Drink mixing and garnishing
A positive, welcoming attitude with an engaging friendly personality
To be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Organisation and good attention to detail
Flexibility to work hours as determined by the business

Responsibilities

Cocktail Crafting: Skilfully prepare and present classic and fun cocktails and other beverages to our guests, young and old.
Guest Service: You will ensure a high level of host presence, both in the bar and lounges, providing attentive and friendly service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
Beverage Knowledge: Stay informed about current beverage trends, including wines, spirits, and cocktails.
Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked.
Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the hospitality team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
