Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club is seeking a motivated Bartender to join our Truly Talented team and deliver top hospitality in the restaurant and bar. You will learn our wine, cocktail and menu offerings while engaging with guests and ensuring memorable service.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Previous experience as a bartender in a busy environment ;
• Excellent personal presentation;
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures;
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision;
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing ;
• To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.
• Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and learn our food menu as well.
• Engage with guests, get to know our regulars and anticipate their needs.
• Work in a busy and hardworking team environment, continually learn and develop.
