Mercury Care is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for clients. You will lead a care team, implement care plans, ensure compliance with CQC regulations, manage recruitment and development, and build strong relationships with service users, families, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within home care or a similar sector.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, home care legislation, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding service users.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team of care staff to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
